The beautifully designed and presented interior spaces of the home include elegant dining rooms and inviting lounges, a celebration room, a luxurious hair and beauty salon, and a spa room. The Gallery Café within the home pays homage to Bushey's rich artistic history and is the perfect place to sit and relax with friends and family over tea and coffee.

Enthusiastic movie goers will enjoy the dedicated Arthouse Cinema room which offers residents a cinema style experience without having to leave the home.

Each of the 72 bedrooms within the home are fully furnished and complete with en suite facilities. The bedrooms also benefit from wi-fi connectivity, a nurse call system and a flat screen television.

My brother-in-law came to Oakmoor Lodge on 11/01/2024 and he looks better and feels better and as a family, we are thrilled at the care he has received. My brother-in-law has been diagnosed with Dementia and all the staff and managers treat him with respect and try to keep as much of his character as
possible due to amazing house activities and staff chatting to him. He recently had a birthday and he had a cake baked for him and every effort made to make it a fun day. The staff are so professional. The manager has a true open-door policy, always willing to chat. Amazing work force. Thank you everyone.

Mum has been at Oakmoor Lodge for almost 3 months and my brother and I know we made the right decision at the right time. Mum is quite vague and confused and initially resisted taking part in activities but now I regularly see photos of her downstairs joining in. The carers are warm and empathetic and
look after Mum really well. The management team are receptive to any requests or feedback. The building and amenities are really good. Mum has a lovely room and I am looking forward to warmer weather when we can sit outside on the terrace. To date, we have seen no staff 'churn', which we know is common in this sector, and indicates that the management team and Quantum owners are doing a good job. We are very happy that we chose Oakmoor for our mum.

I was not going to put my mum into a home but dementia got too bad at home so I brought her to Oakmoore Lodge and I know I made the right decision. She is very safe, clean and she joins in with all the activities, so I am very happy with all that they do for her.

Stunning, modern building with excellent facilities. Big team of friendly staff including an activities coordinator who provides a weekly plan of varied morning and afternoon activities. Lovely comfortable bedrooms, lounges, dining areas and an open cafe area for activities and visitors. Looking forward
to the ppring and sitting in the outside patio area.

My friend has only been here a few days, but my first impressions have been very good. Everyone seems very friendly and kind. The food looks and tastes delicious.
The room is spacious, clean and fitted with most things that a resident could want.
A recliner chair would be a good addition to the
room.

The events in December really seem to have engaged my father and encouraged him to miss more.
I attended the Christmas Party, which was great fun, well organised and again, the singing of the old songs really got him singing along.

The staff at Oakmoor are extremely supportive and caring. My uncle is treated with the utmost dignity and respect. The staff have gone the extra mile and he has a new chair and special bed. Oakmoor feels extremely safe with good security procedures in place. The activities are well thought through and
planned with the residents very much at the heart of the events. Overall, we are very happy with my uncle's care.

My mum has been a resident at Oakmoor since August 2023. Mum suffers from dementia and has settled in well despite a couple of falls. The carers are very kind and caring, considering their role can be challenging at times.

We are delighted with the care offered to my father. He enjoys participating in the activities, especially playing the piano. My father is treated with such respect from the staff whom he considers as friends. My father is the happiest I've seen him in many years. Thank you for everything you do.

Oakmoor Lodge, in my view, is an excellent residence for people who need specialised care. All the staff are caring and show utmost respect to residents and their visitors. It is always a pleasure to visit. The facilities are excellent.

When Mum moved to Oakmoor Lodge, it took her about three weeks to settle as everything was so new. The staff have been exceptional in their care, going over the normal to ensure Mum is happy and cared for. The food is very good with a large variety of choices for all pallets. Any concerns have been
dealt with efficiently. Any medical matters are carried out fast and with complete professionalism. I would highly recommend Oakmoor Lodge.

Our Oakmoor Lodge team is led by Priscilia Okwuka. Following a career in financial management, Priscilia began working in Social Care in 2007, and has been a registered Care Home Manager since 2014. Priscilia holds an NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care as well as an NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
Priscilia is passionate about using her knowledge and experience to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, where they are recognized as individuals and given every opportunity to pursue their interests and offered a range of meaningful activities. She leads a care team that is valued, fully committed, well-trained and enthusiastic in advancing in their chosen career.
Priscilia operates an open-door policy and is available to provide support to the care staff and also to discuss any issues or concerns with residents, visitors or family members.
