Supervising and organising their teams is just part of it as these Managers work alongside them to keep the home clean and inviting. The comfort of residents is the most important thing to our Housekeeping Managers which is why they work so hard to create an environment in which residents can’t help but feel at home. Multi-tasking and communication skills are some of the most important of the Housekeeping Manager’s qualities as they and their team create a home where resident's dignity is never compromised and independence is always encouraged. Our Housekeeping Managers ensure that all areas of our home are safe, clean, well-maintained and presented in a way to creates a warm and homely environment. They have an important role in maintaining our infection, prevention and control standards to make sure our residents stay well.

The Chef Manager organises every aspect of the catering operation and provides a safe, nutritious, quality service to our residents using freshly produced food. With a hands-on role, leading a team, they provide a quality catering service and help create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our residents.
