Thank you for taking the time to write your review especially during the difficult circumstances that we are all faced with. We are delighted to confirm that a new home manager joined in December and she has arranged for regular updates with families using a variety of methods. We have also welcomed some new members to the team who work hard to provide a variety of entertainment for all of the residents within our home – the cocktail evening held on Friday was a huge success. Whilst we understand it is frustrating for families who cannot see their loved one as often as they would like, I want to re-assure you that we are doing everything we can to keep our residents in touch with their families whilst following government guidelines to ensure our residents and staff are safe.

Hello, my name is Lilly Taylor, and I am the Activities and Wellbeing Coordinator here at Penhurst Gardens.
I am very passionate about creative arts and expression through different mediums as well as fitness and wellbeing. I have always aspired to work in a position where encouragement, positivity and creativity were at the forefront.
Since joining the team at Penhurst Gardens, my priority has been to develop a personalised, whole-home approach and to inspire our residents and team members to step out of their comfort zones. I hope to continue the growth of the supportive, cheerful and exciting energy that Penhurst Gardens already has. My focus is always on ensuring that our residents are supported to try new things and progress with existing passions.
