It's great to hear that your mum is so well cared for. I'm sorry to hear about the clothes getting mixed up and agree this is not good enough. I will contact the care home to speak to the care home manager about ways to ensure that this does not happen. This isn't complicated, we just need to ensure that all clothes are labelled after all.
