The manager always takes time out to speak with me when I call to update me on how my mother is doing and tell me of her plans to work with my mother to get her settled. She has personally dedicated many hours of her time to help build a relationship of trust with my mother and get her settled. I no longer have to worry about my mother being in a care home, I have complete trust in the manager and all of her staff. I highly recommend Priors Hall, the staff and the home itself are amazing.

I have worked in Health and Social Care for over 12 years in various positions, from a Nurse to Clinical Lead and Management role. I come from a nursing background, and at heart, I will always be a Nurse with a deep passion for looking after vulnerable people and enriching people’s lives, as I believe that in my work, we only get one chance to get it right.
I am very proud to be part of the Priors Hall team and I was amazed at the incredible support I have received from my colleagues, residents, and relatives. I enjoy seeing the residents happy and well looked after, and I am proud to be able to lead the team in reaching an excellent standard of care.

I’ve worked within the care sector for 20 years, in a variety of roles, working my way up to senior level. I began my career at Priors Hall as a senior carer and then as a deputy and I have recently been promoted to care manager, a role that I was excited and honoured to accept.
