We as a family cannot say anything negative about Rawreth. My dad has been here for almost 2 years and he used to be a walker, and would get in anywhere he could, so much so that no other home could accept him for care. He has an incredible relationship with every staff member there. They are all amazing,
so friendly and supportive. My dad is so well looked after and is always so happy and clean. There are many residents here with dementia but some have other illnesses/needs too. All the staff are so kind, compassionate, hardworking and dedicated. What more can we ask for? We go in three times a week for 2 hours and when we leave, we know Dad is happy, safe and comfortable. Thank you so much to all the staff here at Rawreth for all your hard work, we really do appreciate you all.

Absolutely outstanding care from all the staff at Rawreth Court. They really care for each resident - I couldn’t have asked for better care for my nan. The whole team are fantastic- the home is clean and my nan's room was always spotless. They tried to get her to join in games, etc. and they knew exactly
how to look after her and attended to her needs. I can’t fault Rawreth Court they have the best staff. They really looked after my nan, always have smiles on their faces and make you feel at home.

Our Mother was a resident at Rawreth court for 16 months, during that time she was treated with kindness and compassion by all the staff. Her room was always clean, the home itself was very clean. The staff were amazing, always helpful and so friendly.

Our Mother died very recently and her care

during that time was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and we were shown so much care and thoughtfulness all throughout our bedside vigils with our Mum.

We cannot fault Rawreth Court, and we are so grateful that she spent her last months there. Wonderful team.

All the staff at Rawreth Court are professional and considerate to my husband's needs, I could not wish for a better place for my husband to be in.

The home is spotless and they cannot do enough to make you feel at ease because of the terrible anxieties that one is going through with their relative

in the home, they understand completely how you are feeling.

MY FAMILY AND I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW WONDERFUL THESE PEOPLE ARE.

Current Review Score: 8.1 (8.052)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 8.1 (8.052) out of 10 for Rawreth Court is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  • a) The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 1 Reviews in the last 24 months.

  • b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.1 out of 5 from 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Care Home is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 4.909 for Rawreth Court is calculated as follows: ( (10 Excellents x 5) + (1 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 11 Ratings = 4.909

  • b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

The 3.143 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Rawreth Court is based on 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    • i) 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 = 3

    • ii) 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the registered maximum number of service users in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Care Home registered for a maximum of 50 service users has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 35 registered maximum number of service users is 7. 1 Positive Reviews ÷ 7 = 0.143

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

  • If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
