Reigate Grange is purpose-built and therefore fit for the purpose of promoting independence whilst keeping people safe. It offers Signature's exceptional residential and nursing care combined with outstanding facilities and services, all within a comfortable, friendly and home-like environment. The home features private apartments that vary from studios to one-bedroom suites. In addition, and in Reigate's dementia community, there are bespoke specialist dementia suites, designed especially to offer unique support for individuals requiring specialist dementia care.

Residents are able to enjoy the three acres of land that Reigate Grange is situated within, as well as nature and wildlife zones. There are regular organised trips out and residents are encouraged and supported to continue enjoying hobbies, both old and new. The atmosphere and ambience of Reigate Grange is evident the minute you enter the stunning reception area. There is a sense of calm, contentment and companionship in the combined café area and for those that prefer their own company, there are comfortable sofas just on the periphery.

It has been so difficult to be able to keep in touch with my friend during lockdown but Signature at Reigate Grange have not let this stop them! Zoom meetings have made me feel that anything is possible. My friend is happy and safe. The staff are just so kind and helpful. The management have been so

Very good friends of mine now live there. They are a couple and have different needs. They live in one apartment together. They are elderly and frail. They are very happy there. They tell me that they love the staff and the activities and the other people who live there are now friends.

My friends mother is a resident and it's so nice the family are so happy with the care she's receiving. Every time I go to Reigate Grange I'm greeted with a smile and the events they host such as the Christmas fair are so lovely and I have told my kids that's where I want to go when the time comes.

I am an independent social worker who has two clients living at Reigate Grange. I have been involved with the home since it first opened and no matter what, the managers and their staff team delivery consistent, person-centred, high-quality care and support to their residents. The home itself is a
delight to spend time in and provides a lovely homely environment on all floors. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated and the communal areas are inviting and fun. But it's not all looks with Reigate Grange, it goes so much deeper. All the staff are totally dedicated to those they are supporting. They all know each resident's likes and dislikes, past history, families etc, that their care is always truly person-centred. If a relative of mine were to need to go into a care home, I would choose Reigate Grange above any other. Highly recommended.

My mother moved into Reigate Grange, Hilltops (Dementia Suite), on the 25th March, after being at our family home for 55 years, and right bang in the middle of this horrific pandemic which meant I couldn't visit her! The staff have been simply brilliant during this difficult time as they have had to
cancel all extra outside help so have had to do a multitude of jobs including arranging pyjama parties and VE day, and they still come into work with a smile on their face saying how much they love their job!
The carers are all like angels - each and every one of them goes over and above each day - they put their life and soul into their job, they are kind, compassionate and extremely intuitive and boy oh boy they know how to give the inmates a fun time! They are all an absolute asset to Reigate Grange and I am very lucky that this is my mother's new home. And when this pandemic is over they all deserve a medal and a big party! The staff are simply the very best! Thank you

As the 6 month's mark since moving in is nigh, a review seems timely and apt. We have been most impressed and pleased with the level of care, it's sensitivity, their patience, attention to details and responsiveness and this goes across the board of all those we have cause to interact with - Nurses,
carers, cleaners, maintenance and management (sorry to the chef's and restaurant team, but we have not eaten there ourselves). The only negative remains that old, vexed and perennial issue - meals. We know 'it's difficult to please all of the people all of the time', but Car parking - not even going to go there!

I must agree with you that it can be a challenge in pleasing everyone, however here at Reigate Grange we recognise just how important the dining experience is and that's why we hold weekly forums where we gather feedback and suggestions for our menus, so they really do have the Residents seal of approval. Parking can be tricky but with 42 spaces, we get by.

We are very lucky to be here where we are looked after so well. All the staff are so caring which makes for a very happy atmosphere. My friends say it's like a five-star hotel, but not so formal. I would recommend a visit.

My husband and I moved into Signature Grange 16 months ago. My husband had a stoke sad to say 6 months ago he died so sad. I am lucky to be here. Such kindness from the management and staff and the residents. It truly is "home from home".

My mother came to the Grange in July 2019, since being here she has had the most amazing care. The staff are so helpful and I can't thank the carers enough for all they do. Always so positive, happy and kind. The food is very good and mum's room/bathroom is kept clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to

The level of care and attention to detail at the Grange is absolutely outstanding. Everyone is so caring and friendly and my mother is as happy as she has been for years. Both my father and I have complete peace of mind and mum could not be in a better place.

This is the best care home we have seen. The facilities are first class and the staff are happy and caring. The feel at Reigate Grange is more like a luxury hotel than a care home and all the staff are friendly and made my parents feel at home. The restaurant is very good and serves a high standard
menu. The activities are many and varied and all the residents seem very content.

Poor leadership and weak management. This affected staff morale and consequently care. Many carers had no real depth of understanding dementia. A lovely physical environment with lots going on but sadly lacking in skilled carers and good leadership. Most staff warm and friendly and some exceptionally
good at their job. Others not so. Quite a quick staff turnover with great staff moving on and sadly a reliance on agency staff.

I was a convalescent resident here for approximately four months from June to November 2019, arriving straight from hospital after a serious fall. The care and kindness I experienced here was largely instrumental in my steady and speedy recovery. Everyone I came into contact with was patient, friendly
and encouraging and many became more like friends. The management team took a very professional interest in my progress.

I am very happy to recommend the Grange where my mother stayed for 6 weeks. She was very happy there. Her medical needs were well managed and we can't speak highly enough of the staff who were unfailingly helpful, cheerful and friendly (and that's everyone from reception to housekeeping to nurses to
carers and other staff). They welcomed her in a genuine and warm manner and really enhanced her stay by their positivity and consideration. For us, the family, it was wonderful knowing that our mother was being well cared for. But it was the emotional and social benefits of staying at the Grange that took us by surprise. Our mother really benefited from the sense of community at the Grange and the opportunity to engage with so many people on a daily basis and to dip into some of the many activities on offer.

I was privileged to join Reigate Grange in March 2023 to support the team as Care Services Manager. I was delighted to move into the role of Interim General Manager in June, and then to be confirmed as the General Manager later that year. I’m a qualified Registered Nurse, a dynamic individual with excellent nursing and leadership skills. I have a track record of delivering clinical excellence in a professional manner through direct nursing care. I have deputised for more than 10 years and also worked as Acting Manager. I’m a qualified TTT (Train The Trainer) and also have experience in commissioning new homes. At Reigate Grange, there is a genuine team spirit of cooperation and a passion to deliver the highest quality care. As General Manager, I strive to support this ethos and make our home truly exceptional.

I first joined Signature in October 2020 as a Care Supervisor in the dementia care community. I was then promoted to the role of Dementia Care Manager. My official appointment to the position of Residential Care Manager came in February 2024. I have over 25 years of clinical experience in acute and nursing home settings, holding qualifications in General, Medical, Surgical, Paediatric, Psychiatric, Obstetric and Community Nursing. I’ve earned a State Award of Merit in Medical and Surgical Nursing and completed post-graduation in Gerontological Nursing and end-of-life care in Ireland. Passionate about elderly care, I’ve worked in India, Malaysia, Ireland and the UK, specialising in Acute Stroke units. Born and raised in Romania in a family that loves food, I became passionate about food and I love cooking with excellent quality, fresh ingredients. I attended a private college in Culinary Arts in 2013 and I was classically trained by one of the best French chefs. For over 10 years, I have had the pleasure the working and cooking in luxury establishments. I love cooking traditional British food, and I also enjoy exploring other cuisines - with the Mediterranean being one of my favourites. To me, there is no great chef without a great team, you must have people around you who understand the same “music“. They need you, but you need them desperately if you want to achieve excellence. In the past few years, I have focused my personal life more towards healthy food choices and I enjoy a very healthy diet.

I joined as Wellbeing and Lifestyle Manager in June 2018 as part of the commissioning management team at Reigate Grange and completely new to the care industry. I come from a background within the entertainment industry, an industry I was fortunate to work in for over a decade, working both in hotels and aboard cruise ships as a singer and dancer within the Production Team and Manager of the team. My background has given me a wonderful insight into fantastic customer service and organising and delivering the activities and events within the home has been extremely rewarding on a daily basis. Since being with Signature I have also been fortunate enough to have completed my Hospitality Manager certificate, specialising in Conference and Events Management. I honestly thought leaving the entertainment industry that I would never find a job I enjoyed as much, yet my time here at Reigate Grange has been amazing and extremely fulfilling.

I started at a previous Signature home as a Maintenance Assistant, progressing to be Manager and moved to Reigate Grange in 2023. Prior to coming into the care industry, I enjoyed renovating houses and did a lot of travelling for work. I thoroughly enjoy working here at Reigate and strive to keep the home and grounds to an excellent standard for our residents.
