Riverside Lodge care home is a luxury care home situated on Church Street, close to the iconic Church of St. Mary. The home offers high quality compassionate care in a beautifully designed environment and is close to local shops, restaurants and cafes, ensuring residents have the opportunity to easily engage with the local community around them.

The home includes 75 en-suite bedrooms which are fully furnished with items that have been carefully selected. The rooms also benefit from wi-fi-connectivity, a nurse call system and a flat screen television. Many of the bedrooms in the home open onto their own patio areas, leading to secluded outdoor spaces.

Within the home you will also find beautifully appointed dining rooms and lounges as well as a luxurious hair and beauty salon all perfectly complemented by the wonderful interior décor. For a cinematic experience there's the home's dedicated cinema room which is there for you to enjoy any time of the day. The home also has an elegant café which is conveniently situated on the ground floor, near the reception area; a perfect place to relax with family and friends over tea, coffee and other refreshments.

Riverside Lodge's beautiful landscaped gardens feature a number of patio areas, raised planters and a BBQ area and are overlooked by large balconies, perfect for socialising on during the spring and summer months.

The home has it's own dedicated activities worker who plans a schedule of activities and entertainment which residents can choose to take part in.

The building and facilities are outstanding. The staff are wonderful, so caring not just to the residents but to family and friends too. I've had so many questions and they've answered them all in a timely fashion. A move to a care home was a big decision and the staff have eased the pressure as I know
my friend is being cared for, looked after and in a safe place. Thank you everyone.
