I started training at Teesside university and have now been qualified for 23years. I have worked in care for most of my career and for the last 7 years, I have worked within Care Home Settings. I have worked in Hospitals, GP surgeries and Care Homes.
I enjoy nursing as no 2 days are the same and I am able to build up holistic relationships with residents and families within our care home.

I started my career in care 17 years ago, starting off as a care assistant in the community before Joining the care home setting completing a range of roles including senior care and deputy manager before achieving my goal as home manager. I have completed NVQ 2&3 and a degree level 5 In health and social care.
I have a passion for care and am dedicated to upholding our reputation as an inclusive care provider that delivered Kind, person-centred care.
I believe that being warm-hearted with a friendly sincere approach leaves a positive impact on others. In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends.
