Seacroft Green Care Centre welcomes visitors between the hours of 08.00 until 20.00.
Seacroft Green Care Centre operates a protected meal time system to allow the team to focus on the residents and making sure they get the most from their dining experience.
The home politely asks visitors to observe these meal times, to allow residents to enjoy their meal in a quiet and relaxed environment. Visitors are more than welcome to join their loved one at meal time with prior arrangement.

We're really sorry to hear that your Mum is not able to enjoy all aspects of her stay at Seacroft Green. It is lovely to see that the Carers and the Nursing team have a good rapport with your Mum and the Home Manager and Deputy will talk to her today about her bed to see if there is an alternative that can be arranged. Please do come and talk to us about what steps we can take to improve things - if we don't know we can't take action. Job Title: Home Manager

The most important part of my role as a home manager is to make sure residents feel safe and cared for.
Every day is busy but my favourite part of it is spending time chatting with residents. It is incredibly rewarding when we receive positive feedback from either a resident or their family. It shows that we really are making a difference.
Being a home manager needs patience and experience. I think you also need a level of confidence and a good dose of tolerance.
My background is in nursing, and I have recently started a level five qualification. Previously, I worked as a clinical development nurse, so I have first-hand knowledge in this area too.
When I am not at work, I enjoy swimming, walking and travelling.
