I have a degree in Hotel Management and have over 16 years of experience in the hospitality sector, more recently in the care industry. I am so excited about the challenges my new role will bring me.

I started my career in care at the age of 17 and have worked in a range of different roles within my time. My first role was in a residential dementia home as a care assistant where I worked my way up to a Team leader. From here I went onto mental health services specialising in working with children and adolescents with complex needs.
I then returned back to elderly care where my heart is. I started here with Signature at the start of 2021 as a supervisor and now have the privilege to be working as the Residential Care Manager.
