Visited an old friend of mine at 'STEPS' yesterday. He is in 'locked in syndrome'.
I was absolutely amazed at the set-up, level of care and general ambience of the place, a million miles away from any NHS establishment I have ever been in. I am a big supporter of the NHS but it cannot compare to STEPS!
