It was a pleasure to welcome your mom and yourself as a family into the Hawthorns, it was wonderful to care and support you despite the time needed was only short. Your mom had such a lovely character and as you are aware personally made me smile each time I saw your mom. I am sorry to hear you felt disappointed with the food on offer for the soft diet option, I have passed your thoughts onto the wider team, the chef did advise that we always try our very best at all times to accommodate each individual and many choices were on offer for soft diet, but sadly these were either not liked or your moms choice, but we are thrilled to know that you would consider the Hawthorns again and please be rest assured we take all feedback seriously and will always do our utmost to support your mom if we are lucky to see her again should you require the service.
