My husband has been a service user for over two years now. He’s happy and kept busy and stimulated. He’s always happy to go to respite stays and he is so well looked after. I have always had full and frank discussions with the staff, at all levels and can leave him there confident that he is properly
cared for. More than that, I am cared for too - my well-being is taken as seriously as his.

The staff at The Willows are amazing they really do care for and about the clients, plus they care about the relatives of the clients. If you are having any issues there is always someone to talk to or help or they can put you in touch with very helpful people. They can recommend certain treatments
for carers through the Altzheimers Society. I for one cannot speak highly enough of them. My Mum goes three times a week, she loves it, if we could afford more then we would send her every day. She's a changed person totally.

This place is not only magic but a lifesaver for carers. My mum goes to the daycare as she has dementia. They treat her with respect and they are so supportive. She is always smiling and happy when I collect her. The staff are super nice and have the patience of saints. I love how they post on social
media to let you see what they get up to. Lots of activities to keep the service users busy. Hands down the best care.

My father, whilst on daycare and respite, was treated with dignity and respect. The staff are truly amazing and go out of their way to assist and help with any problems or worries. My father enjoyed his time at The Willows and told me the meals are amazing.
Thank you to everyone at The Willows, I
truly appreciated being able to leave my precious father with you knowing he was getting the best possible care.
