Victory Socialcare Home offers unique and considerate accommodation for residential and palliative care enabling residents to maintain a dignified quality of life in a caring and thoughtful environment which responds to peoples individual needs.

The small number of rooms lends itself to personalised care where staff are friendly and get to know the residents as people. It is a non-institutional environment offering residents respect and privacy balanced with conversation and service.

Meals are diverse and home-cooked reflecting the different cultures within the staffing which is carried over into an understanding of individual and cultural differences and needs. Residents dietary needs are taken into account.
The building has been purpose redesigned to meet 21st-century residential care standards with each room having ensuite facilities.

Situated minutes from Hull City Centre, Hull Royal Infirmary is 5 minutes away by car and the city centre railway and bus stations are 10 minutes walk. Additionally, there is covered vehicle access to the rear of the building which can provide immediate egress for residents arriving by ambulance or patient transport.

My grandmother settled well here and has a good rapport with two members of staff in particular. They both seem to look after her really well. She does like all the care home staff as well as office staff.

From the first day I took my mum into respite, we have had no problems. It's a small and friendly care home, which makes you feel you get a personal touch.

My mother was transferred here from hospital for respite and assessment. The place is warm, clean, and pleasant. The staff are friendly, efficient and polite. My mother (who is 92) has gained weight whilst being here, she is happy and settled and has expressed a wish to stay. I am more than happy for
her to stay.

The care my mother has received from Victory Socialcare has been exemplary. The ladies come to her home every day to assist her getting up and showered, making her breakfast if she requires them to. They take great care of her and she loves them very much. The manager is always available to contact
if necessary and invoices on time each month.

In May 2019, one of my relatives was sent here from hospital to receive his last care. What makes us happy about the centre is how clean it is and the staff, they are there to help and support the patients.
I would love to give 100/100 - the best care service in Hull.
