The facilities at the home are second to none with beautiful gardens, TV rooms, lounges, and well specified en suite rooms. The meals provided looked very good and the home in general was kept clean and tidy.
I would like to pass on my personal thanks to everyone who looked after my cousin so well and for looking after the family in his last hours.

If a resident chooses to have a bath/shower every day then this will be carried out. Baths/showers are offered regularly throughout the day, residents will often refuse and staff have to act in their best interest.
