Our son has been a resident at Woodside for three years.
During this time his quality of life has improved dramatically. The level of care provided by the staff and management team is exceptional.
The house facilities are top-notch with a comfortable home-from-home environment and regular activities.
We feel very fortunate that our son is cared for at Woodside and can't speak highly enough of the care team.

Our son has lived at Woodside for four years and it has transformed his and our lives. The care provided is incredible and allows him to live his best life.
In the home or away from the home everything is geared towards him and his well-being. I cannot speak highly enough about this service or the
staff who work there.

Our son has been cared for as a resident at Woodside for just over 18 months. He is 27 and has severe learning disabilities with complex medical needs. During this short time his life has blossomed, he is living rather than existing and has regained previous weight loss back to a very healthy level.
He is going on Holiday for the first time in many years, has a varied tailored activity plan during the week and enjoys a very high level of care from the excellent team at Woodside. The environment at Woodside is warm, respectful and homely, with excellent regular communication between families and the team. We can't thank the manager and the care team enough for transforming his and our lives. And achieving this while having to cope with the challenges presented by the Covid pandemic has been simply heroic at times. We are very fortunate that our son is thriving at Woodside and would strongly recommend Tailored Transitions.

My 24-year-old son has been cared for and supported by the staff at Woodside for over 2 years. When he arrived under their care he had all but given up and lost his zest for life, he was very much in survival mode & not enjoying life. Fast forward 2 years and he is living life to the full. He is the
happiest we have seen him since he left home at 18 years old. The care at Woodside from all staff is as good if not better than he received at home and this is shown with how well and healthy he is keeping. Every medical need is catered for and especially this last 18 months the staff and managers have gone above and beyond to keep the residents safe during the Coronavirus pandemic. Simply put our son was just surviving life and now he lives life to the full, they have tapped into potential we didn't know he had. We never have to worry about his care and health, as I know he is happy, not only do they look after their residents well, they have given us as a family our life back. We can't thank them enough.

My son was a resident at Woodside for nearly two years until he passed away at eighteen. He was severely disabled, blind, wheelchair-bound, with complex medical needs and unable to communicate. Woodside was a brilliant home for him. The staff are very well trained and very caring. They were able to
give him a full life, with lots of activities and outings. The house is immaculately clean and his bedroom was decorated just as we wanted it. There was excellent communication between the home and his family. He loved people talking and music and the home catered to these needs. Medically he was very complex with lots of daily medicines, a colostomy bag and tube feed but I never had any worries about the care he was receiving. I am so pleased that he spent his last few years living very happily at Woodside and would recommend it without any hesitation.
