Yarnley House Care Home

Tracey joins Yarnley House as the home Manager and brings a wealth of experience with her. Having qualified as a nurse in Bournemouth Hospital she worked in many health care settings most recently as The Elderly Care Matron at Southampton General Hospital.

Tracey has worked in social care for the past 10 years as a Home Manager and Regional Director. Tracey’s passion is for all Residents to receive an outstanding level of care and she works very closely with her team to ensure the Resident is at the heart of everything.

Tracey joins the team as Deputy Manager and brings a wealth of experience. A qualified nurse with who started with the NHS and has previously worked as a Ward Sister in a rehabilitation ward for the elderly and more recently working as a Senior Nurse in a nursing home.

Tracey is dedicated to ensuring that Yarnley House provides a happy and safe home where residents thrive and where the highest standards of care are upheld.

Anneka has experience in Bournemouth Hospital and has the gone into the private sector. She has a friendly, bubbling enthusiasm for excellent person centred care.

Daniel joins the team as our Head Chef and brings a wealth of experience having been a chef for the last 35 years and having worked with such great as Raymond Blanc and John Wood, and in such places as the historic QE2 and Le Petit Blanc.

Daniel brings a real passion and respect to the ingredients he is cooking with, and this reflects in every dish he prepares.

Daniel, will be working closely with our residents to ensure that all of their favourites are served as well as the opportunity to try new tastes whilst ensuring a great dining experience.

Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge and is committed to delivering a high-quality service for our residents.

Analyn Lewis has join us as an activities co-ordinator. Having worked in the care industry for 8 years, Analyn has a wealth of experience in creating person centred activities to enhance the lives of our residents. Introducing new hobbies and reigniting passions for existing hobbies with a gentle friendly approach.

Claire brings a wealth of experience to the role and strives to deliver the highest standards of cleanliness to the home. Claire is dedicated to making our home safe and our residents happy.

Karen has joined Yarnley House as our business administrator. Karen brings a wealth of experience from various administration roles. Prides herself on bringing high standards to the role and ensuring residents and relatives have the best experience they can. Karen is always happy to help anyone with their enquiries.

Marian has joined us at Yarnley House as a Night Nurse. Marian is very passionate about our residents living a fulfilled and happy life. He brings his experience from previous roles to enhance care at our luxury care home.

Cyril is a passionate and dedicated nurse who is friendly and supports our residents right to dignity.

Janine has worked at Bournemouth hospital and as a Dorset Healthcare community staff nurse and has now moved into the private sector.

Helder joins us with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Helder is very passionate about providing high-quality care to our residents.

Reena joins us with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has worked as a Deputy Manager previously and is very passionate about providing high-quality care to our residents.

Roberta is a kind, friendly Senior Carer who takes on responsibility to helping with the Induction and Training of our new team members.

Helen finds being a carer both rewarding and a privilege. Helen’s kind and caring nature shines through every day and we are lucky to have her on the team. Recently promoted she will help support the team in even more ways.

Kirsty has worked in care for over 15 years and is very passionate about dementia care. Kirsty is our Dementia Champion and you will often find her singing and dancing around the home.

Ilga is an experienced care assistant, who is kind and compassionate and is always willing to help the residents and her colleagues. Getting involved with the daily activities and games, she is naturally calm and yet always tries to provide a fun environment for the residents.

Bonnie recently joined us at Yarnley House and is extremely excited to learn from her peers and progress her knowledge at Yarnley House. She has always had a natural caring side and loves making our residents laugh.

Lika recently joined Yarnley House and is an experienced care assistant, who is always willing to help the residents and her colleagues. She has a wealth of knowledge and brings new ideas to the team.

Aylooa is a hard working and friendly care assistant who makes a real difference to the night care team and the residents.

George is an enthusiastic, kind and friendly member of our care team here at Yarnley House.

Luther recently joined us at Yarnley House and is eager to learn and progress his knowledge at Yarnley House. He is positive, kind and hard working.

Matilda is a hard working and motivated individual with a real passion for care.

Abhi has recently joined us at Yarnley House and has a passion for care. Abhi is a hard working and friendly member of our team.

Daisy joined us at Yarnley House and is extremely excited to learn and progress her knowledge at Yarnley House. She makes a real difference with our residents and is very valued here.

Shania joined Yarnley House in housekeeping and has worked her way up to care staff. Shania enjoys caring for our residents and makes their days brighter. Shania is a hard working and motivated individual and is a real asset to the team.

Morgan has recently joined us here at Yarnley House. Morgan has experience working and maintaining high standards in housekeeping. Morgan is a friendly and Hardworking individual.

Madison is a friendly face on reception, she is experience in sales and marketing and a carer - she is passionate about providing the best service to our residents.

Ivan has a wealth of experience when it comes to planting and maintaining the grounds. He is a hard working individual and a valued team member.

James is a hard working, kind and friendly induvial with a passion to learn more about preparing healthy food, that looks and tastes delicious.
