Mum has been a resident here for several years now with genuinely caring staff and Management. It is good to hear her laughing and singing with some of the staff and being encouraged to join in some activities as she is quite reluctant to do so but certainly enjoys them when she does. My friend has been staying at Jubilee since around September. She transitioned into the service slowly. The staff at Jubilee managed so well with her especially when she became really poorly, they went above and beyond.
