DC Care received instructions from the administrators Begbies-Traynor to market Brooklands Nursing Home in Liverpool. The home was sold to Mark Gilbert of Dovehaven Care Group, to expand on their existing portfolio of high quality homes in the region.

The transaction was closely managed by Specialist Business Appraiser Andy Sandel and Senior Sales Negotiator Clare Jones. Following the completion of the sale, Mark Gilbert commented "This was the first time we had used DC Care and we would certainly work with them again.
