Having been a resident for only a few weeks, I do not feel qualified to comment at length as I have not experienced some of the options. I can only go by the comments of neighbours. I never give the highest mark possible as no person or situation is perfect. However, I have received very good service
from the maintenance and cleaning teams. The rooms in the flat are an adequate size apart from the kitchen which is much too small to be effective while cooking a meal.

I have been here for three months. I have been very impressed with the impeccable care provided. The staff are very kind and helpful. All areas of the home are very clean and tidy. The food is excellent and plentiful.

All staff have done brilliantly, even more so with Covid. The home has a relaxed feel. Dad is not pressured to do anything, but his essential needs are well cared for. I know he is safe and well looked after. Thank you.
