I have recently come out of the hospital and find it very difficult to get around, even on my frame, so it is very reassuring to know that if I am in difficulty, that if I press my wrist alarm, someone will come to my aid very soon. Also, the carers help me in my bathroom. The staff here are ever so
caring.

To all the staff at Lloyd Court, you have supported our mother for many years, and I can say that you continue to give her such a high quality of life. She receives from you such wonderful care in all aspects of her life at Lloyd Court. I have not been able to get over it for a few months, but when
I last visited in October 2021, she was as happy as ever! Back last summer, she was the same. I could see it in her whole demeanour.
We are so grateful that you sorted out her book. Of course, she couldn't have sorted this herself, but you all made it work.
It has been such a tough and challenging time for you all, yet the communication and support from you all to her family has been of the highest.
To our family, Lloyd Court staff are special, and our appreciation as a family is immense.

For various reasons I haven't been able to visit my mother since August but the staff have been amazing. They have helped me sort out various issues to help my mother from a distance - they're really supportive and caring. Most importantly they have helped set up a chrome book so that she can see her
new great grandson. They will also help her use it as she could never do this on her own. Our family are so grateful that our mother is in a such a safe, caring and happy place. She is so very happy there. When I tell my friends about Lloyd Court they immediately want to find somewhere like it in Hampshire - but there isn't anywhere.

Amazing facilities and care for my grandmother! The carers and management team really do care about the residents and have put my mind at great ease knowing my grandmother is there. I cannot thank the team enough for what they do!

In our family's opinion nothing has been too much trouble for the staff at Lloyd Court. The tenants all appear content and safe and my grandmother has settled in so well. We are now able to relax and not have to worry as we did when she was living alone. Thank you to everyone.

My mum is very happy at Lloyd Court. She was very anxious when she arrived but was soon put at ease and made very welcome. All staff are very caring and friendly. The grounds are lovely and Mum has a good view from her sitting room. Hopefully Covid restrictions will be eased soon so that family can
visit more often.

My father was a resident for 3 years before passing away aged 98. He was extremely happy there during the whole time he was there. The facilities are excellent.
The staff at Lloyd Court are fantastic - could not be better. They were so caring and capable in every way.

Due to the pandemic, I have not been able to visit my mother so often (I live a 3-hour drive away), so my contact with the staff at Lloyd Court has been minimal, but when I have seen the carers, they still seem cheerful and do what they can to make the visit enjoyable. The staff keep in contact with
me by sending photos, emails and phone calls. Considering the extra work and mental pressure of the current situation, I can only take my hat off to them.

Since last March 2020 all the tenants, staff and management have been under a tremendously challenging time this continued with incredible results and in January 2021 we were delighted to know that our mum has been given the first of the COVID vaccinations. The individual one to one activities have
been such a mental boost that we are regularly updated with emails and photos sent. Top class care. Thanks.

My mum has been at Lloyd Court for more than 6 years now and in all that time I had thought what a lovely place this is.
Since covid has happened in the UK I'm now thinking, thank goodness this place is lovely and safe.
In the beginning, it was very worrying because the news said the elderly were
the most vulnerable but the manager and the staff at Lloyd Court took it upon themselves to make this the safest place they could possibly make.
That was a year ago now and since then they have kept me informed with what is going on, how they are managing things and organising how I can safely visit to see my mum. It is very hard for her and everyone there not being able to spend a lot of time with their families but the regular activities Lloyd Court put on helps.
It was great news to hear that Mum has had her first vaccination and soon her second one. That does make me happy and grateful to the staff for looking after my mum so well over this last terrible year.

Mum moved into Lloyd Court in 2014 with Dad but has been on her own since Dad passed away in 2015. I live in Australia but am lucky enough to spend time each year with Mum, except for last year which was hard but Mum understands why - I never thought I'd never be allowed to fly 'home'! I've got to know
the Management and staff over the years who are extremely caring, very approachable and professional, they have been this and more over the past 12 months. I've seen photos of the activities put on for the residents in their own flats to keep them entertained during lockdown, it's wonderful. It's been incredibly stressful from the other side of the planet knowing that the UK has a huge Covid battle on their hands and Mum being in the vulnerable category. However, there is no other place I'd want Mum to be and I know that every possible precaution has been put in place for everyone to stay as safe as possible. I cannot thank Management and Staff enough, you are amazing and thank you.

My mother joined Lloyd Court in October 2020, after a very unsettled few months, having had to go through temporary accommodation, the transition was a lot for her to accept and she took a few weeks to settle. However, the time it took was lessened by the excellent care she received from the off, especially
during such a difficult time for everyone (Covid being so aggressive across the country). Every member of staff showed nothing but professionalism and understanding, going above and beyond to make my mother comfortable and happy in her new surroundings, this care has not wavered. It is unfortunate during the pandemic Mum has been unable to partake in activities, as these are put on hold, due to the centre having taken every precaution, ensuring their residents and staff are kept as safe as they can be, which I wholeheartedly support. I cannot express my gratitude enough for all the outstanding care and thoughtfulness in which all members of staff, including management, have shown.

Thank you to all the staff at Lloyd Court nursing home. Especially since the lockdown, all the residents have been well looked after by the friendly staff. My mum seems to be coping with this situation, and she is happy watching the wildlife, especially the grey squirrels that live near the woods that
back onto her flat. Mum has dry macular (sight loss) and is hard of hearing, so she has to rely on more help now. She was more mobile while she had her walker going around the home and surrounding areas, but stays mostly in her flat now, but she seems happy watching TV. There's always a carer popping in to see her every couple of hours. I would recommend this care home to anybody considering placing there loved ones into care. I know if there are any issues the staff will have no problem contacting me, so a big thank you to everybody involved in caring for family members.

My mother has been a resident here for almost a year and has been very happy. The standard of care is extremely good, and the staff are very kind and caring. The current lockdown has been very well handled, and the whole team have shown great devotion and commitment to keeping their residents safe while

My Mother settled into Lloyd Court very quickly and seems very happy in her new abode.
The staff are very friendly, kind and caring and the complex is fresh, airy and spotless.
We are very grateful for the effort the team are making during these difficult times and for the personal sacrifices regarding
their own work/home commitments.
The activities arranged for the residents are much appreciated by my Mother as she enjoys the stimulation and social interaction.
The only slight disappointment has been the food (optional). It is a pity it is not freshly cooked on the premises as nutrition is so important, particularly when people are more vulnerable.
However, the staff have taken this on board and hopefully, the residents input will sort this out satisfactorily.
We are very lucky Mother is living in such a pleasant place.
