I feel well looked after as I have a lot of health issues and the staff are excellent looking after me and management are excellent too.

Carers are a pleasure to have here. They make my day, nothing is ever too much for them. The whole place is exceptionally clean, masks around at all times. I feel so safe here at Lloyd Court. They all bring out the best in me. Food is excellent. Management are asking what is there I would like them
to change. Nothing, leave things as they are. I've got respect for all here.

I wanted to comment on the generally good standard of care at Lloyd Court; this, in my experience, is usually the case but I have been particularly impressed by the level of care and compassion which all staff have demonstrated in dealing with my friend who has been unwell and, given the current climate,
has required a lot of extra attention and support.
In the middle of such dark days, I have been heartened by receipt of an email informing me of all of the positive and fun activities that residents have been supported to participate in (whilst still observing the regulations around social distancing etc); this, as far as I am concerned, goes above and beyond the call of duty.
Thank you all for looking after my friend and supporting her to remain independent and happy.

How lucky for my mum and I that she is in Lloyd Court - she is so happy there and so thankful to all the staff for the amazing standard of care and their devotion to the residents, especially during the lockdown. My uncle has been a resident for nearly 5-years, and it has been the best move for him as he struggled to live independently. He is in an environment where he gets support/supervision with daily activities he struggles with. He can socialise with other residents but still has his own private space.
The staff appear very patient and friendly with him, especially as he can be difficult at times. The manager and her team are always extremely helpful, and we appreciate the work they all do with my uncle. They have the patience of saints!

I have an aunt who moved here last year, unfortunately in Feb 2020 she had to have a spell in the local hospital, and was most distressed at the thought of not being able to get back to her accommodation in Lloyd Court due to the Coronavirus lockdown, very stringent measures and procedures were carried
out and she was able to return just as the lockdown began. My aunt, for the first time in a long while, has felt protected, looked after and 'at home' in Lloyd Court, the staff there could not be any better or do any better, and I salute them for providing such care in what is a very distressing situation, thank you Lloyd Court.

Having visited Lloy Court for the first time I was immediately impressed with a lovely fresh clean feel throughout, the entrance, through the front door, you are greeted by an amazing Christmas display. I would have no problem recommending Lloyd Court to anyone needing top care and accommodation.

The staff at all levels are great, they show care and interest in my mum, making her quality of life first class.
They not only care for my mum but also take an interest in me as a fussy daughter.
The food was below par and measures have been taken to improve them - I still feel a better variety of
green vegetables is needed.

I have been coming to Lloyds Court over a year. I have found the staff very helpful. The whole building is always clean and always a pleasure to come into. From the cleaners to the Manager, they have always the time to chat. This is a place I would like to live in when I am in my 80's. Keep up the good

Ever since my father has moved to Lloyd Court I have never had any doubt that he is getting excellent care. I live many miles away and it is comforting to know that he is not lonely which was his biggest problem before he moved. The staff are all so kind and caring and help make him contented in his
new home.

My mother moved into Lloyd Court in April and has within a month settled in. There is a very high and intense standard of care which is provided from management down to cleaner and vice versa, every need is catered for and almost immediately put into place. The family are included in every decision
and Lloyd Court are very prompt in contacting family members should the need arise.
A fantastic, immaculate, caring, professional care home.
Highly recommended. Well done Lloyd Court.

My father in law moved into Lloyd Court just after Christmas 2017. From the first day he has been treated with dignity and respect and been shown kindness and consideration. As a result of this, he has flourished and I am delighted to say his health has improved way beyond our hopes. Today he is participating
and looking forward to the future. He's got his mojo back!
I cannot thank the staff of Lloyd Court enough for their friendly, professional and kindly care in this fabulous light, bright, airy and clean residence.

Very well kept and organised nursing home, staff very caring and compassionate.
Entertainment programme very good and usually appropriate for residents.

I visit my uncle whenever I can. As soon as I walk through the door the atmosphere is so welcoming. The effort to make the front entrance eye-catching is amazing. I have taken photographs to show my friends. The manager and deputy manager responsible have a good eye for decorations and the tenants love
sitting there. My uncle loves living at Lloyd Court and the staff who visit him are a dedicated team and always go the extra mile.
