We apologise for your recent experience at Moxley Court. I have been in touch with my team to follow up on your review and the issues listed, I understand that you have been in contact with our team, who have your complaint.
A pest control service was contacted on 17th July and a job has been created for their attendance to the site. The trees are vast and whilst the gardens are maintained by our gardening team monthly, to have the trees cut down is extremely costly and we are trying to figure out a way. We will ensure that any leaves are blown back onto the garden or cleared as required. Wi-fi installation has not been offered to residents by GreenSquareAccord as this is for the residents to arrange should they desire.
