My mother lived at Quince Court for four years, moving out to a care home two months ago and has now died aged over 100 years. She was extremely happy at Quince Court. The flat she lived in was very nice, comfortable, warm with good views outside. The management of the flat were attentive and efficient.
The 24 hour care staff are superb and looked after my mother to a very high level of service. I really cannot speak too highly of them. I would recommend anyone to live there.

Every single member of the care team, the residents and nurses in this place are amazing, I can't praise them or show my gratitude towards them all enough. They are the kindest, nicest, most hardworking, empathic people I have ever met. The care they provided to my beloved Great Nan over the years before
she passed was outstanding. My Great Nan herself was very fond of the carers and would always speak highly of them, which gives a lot of reassurance especially when the media reports so much negativity towards care/ residential homes. My Great Nan was able to pass away in her own bed thanks to these wonderful people, she was in her own environment surrounded by family members. This may not have been possible if she had been sent to hospital, she would have hated being an inpatient.
My Great Nan's wake was held in the dining room, surrounded by family and friends. Thank you, Quince Court for allowing us to say goodbye to her in the place she was happiest. Thank you for everything.
