To Cater for 38 residents, Dementia and Learning Disabilities, need to be aware of different food cultures, special diets including, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and fortified diets, menu planning, modified diets. The role is 40 hours week one and 30 hours week 2, including every other weekend and holiday and sickness cover.
