We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and caring candidates who are interested in developing their knowledge and skills in the Care sector. Development opportunities are available. Working with a friendly & dedicated team of staff in our Residential home, Derwent House or the Dementia Community, Riverview Lodge. We are a privately run family home.

The home is situated just outside of York on the A1079 in Kexby. The home is set in the countryside with fantastic sensory gardens and open grounds.

Full theory and practical training is included in the induction along with shadow shifts on the floor alongside our existing care team.

We will assist you with your Care Certificate and look at further qualifications you might be interested in such as Dementia Care and NVQ's in Health & Social Care.

A Bonus scheme is set up to offer rewards for length of service and no absence, high street vouchers which will boost your monthly earnings. We have money incentives for any additional shifts that are worked.

All applicants will be required to complete a DBS check (Disclosure Barring Service) and must have at least 2 good employment references.

You will be required to show evidence of your vaccination status prior to the interview or confirmation of your booked appointment for your jabs.
