Skills / Qualifications:
- The successful candidate will have the minimum of QCF level 3 in Health & Social Care (Adults).
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a formal older persons setting
- Able to devise and guide their team in following both electronic and paper-based care plan.
- Able to order administer and dispose of all medication using an electronic MARR system
- Flexibly work within the team
