Senior Carer

We are a small 17 bed residential home, with a homely feel and friendly atmosphere. We are looking for a Senior Carer with at least two years experience in shift leading, ideally the candidate would have an NVQ 3 or would be willing to work towards one. We need someone who is able to support and guide our team, to support manangement with documentation and supervisions, so previous experience would be desirable and good written/spoken english would be essential. We care for some service users who are different stages of dementia so experience in this area would also be essential.
