The role of requires successful individuals to be able to demonstrate a hands on, supportive, professional approach to ensuring that only the highest care standards are being adhered to and delivered across our homes.
You’ll be supervising, supporting and guiding a team of carers on a daily basis to ensure that they are carrying out the requirements of our service users as expected and in line with rostering requirements.
This role will require that you are focussed on methods of ensuring quality of care, you will be expected to ensure that our care staff are engaging with our service users in an appropriate and timely manner based upon agreed care planning and risk management requirements, this is a key role within an environment that’s busy and fluid and you will need to be prepared to address staff who are failing to meet the required standards address whilst also guiding them to improve before reviewing them again to ensure improvements are being demonstrated in practice.
