Care Assistants required to work within a successful care team providing high quality, person-centred care. The successful candidates must be prepared to work in a flexible manner, being willing to go that extra mile and work as a team player.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate must have the minimum of 2 years experience working in a older persons care organisation
  • NVQ/RQF level 2 or equivalent in older persons care
  • Be able to write and follow both paper-based and digitalised person-centred care plans
