Must have Team leading experience
30 Hours Housekeeping team leader position.
Provide leadership and direction to the Housekeeping team to ensure that all areas of the Home are kept clean in line with the standards required, and that all residents’ laundry is washed in the appropriate manner, ironed if necessary and returned to resident rooms within the agreed timescales.
Ensure the appropriate procedures, hygiene and infection prevention rules and health and safety requirements are adhered to at all times by the team.
To be a Infection Prevention Control Link as part of the Homes infection prevention control team.
