Bandrum Nursing Home, one of the biggest homes in Scotland, provides specialist adult care and care for the elderly with 24 hour full time nursing care in our beautiful purpose built home, set in 19 acres of land. With 88 beds over two homes in the same complex we have 7 units providing care for residents with a range of support needs. We currently have an opening for a Staff Nurse to join our perm and bank of staff working across our different units, either nights or days.

Our nursing team is supported by on site management and at any one time there are six nurses onsite, plus Management ensuring that not only are our residents supported but that you have the full support of the team around you, if needed. As we have such a large nursing team, this opens up the opportunity for our team to strive for promotion, ensuring their own career development and success.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with RGN, RMN, or RNMH qualifications to work either day or night shift or bank shifts. Under direction of our Care Manager Team, the Staff Nurse will support the units Charge Nurse to provide and supervise the delivery of high standards of nursing care to residents, in accordance with up to date evidence-based professional practice and Company policies. They will organize, manage and run their unit when on duty, including providing high quality care to their residents and managing their team of carers.
