Green Gables Nursing Home, now under new ownership, is looking for a caring and reliable Laundry Assistant to join our team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and comfort in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage laundry tasks for residents, including washing, drying, and ironing linens and clothing.
• Ensure that all laundry items are handled with care and stored properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a laundry assistant role or similar is an advantage but not essential.
• A strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A caring and empathetic attitude towards our residents.
