As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will become a valued member of our team, responsible for the delivery of outstanding care to each of our residents and for the dispensing of medication.

You will be expected to motivate the team members on your shift to provide holistic care for our elderly residents to ensure they are assisting them with their individual needs. You will be expected to work as part of the team to guarantee all of the needs of the residents are not only met but exceeded. You will be expected to communicate effectively, promote privacy, dignity, independence and the rights of the individual. You will also be expected to actively participate in the protection of our residents from any form of harm or abuse.
