Night Shift (8pm until 8am) Role Available - 23 hours per week OR 46 hours per week

Salary - £21.52 per hour & great benefits

At Ashridge Court Care Centre in Bexhill on Sea we have an exciting opportunity for a Registered General Nurse to come and join our team.

We currently have a vacancy for either part-time (23 hours pw) or full-time hours (46 hours pw) - working 12-hour shifts from 8pm to 8am. You will also be required to work alternate weekends in this role.

Purpose of Role:

As a Registered Nurse you will show warmth and support to the residents, helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the quality of lives of individuals in your care.

Job Description:

• Providing a high level of care to our residents ensuring their wellbeing
• Accurately recording observations in accordance with the resident’s conditions
• Administering Medications
• Carrying out risk assessments
• Identifying and managing residents nursing needs,
• Care planning
• Monitoring care delivery
• Assisting our residents as necessary
• Achieve quality standards as prescribed by internal procedures and health legislation
• Leading the care teams by example, teaching and role modelling best practice

Requirements:

• You must be a qualified RGN with at least 1 years’ experience.
• You must hold a valid NMC PIN.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Caring personality
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written form
