Pencombe Hall is a 26 room, family-run, care home that provides help
and support for elderly people living within our home. We pride
ourselves on providing high levels of person-centred care, taking into
consideration the wishes and needs of our residents.
We are currently recruiting for Day & Night Care Assistants to
join our friendly team

Responsibilities as a Care Assistant
- Provide person-centred care, whilst respecting privacy and dignity
- Develop effective working relationships with the other employees
within the home
- Support an open, positive and inclusive working culture.
- Participate in the evaluation of the workplace to ensure
consistent improvements are being made.
- Work to establish effective employer/employee relationships.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of care policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development of the philosophy, goals and objectives
for the care practice.
- Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of care
implementation and delivery
- Work in cooperation with members of multi-disciplinary health
teams in order to maximise opportunities for Service User
therapeutic care.
