Care Assistants

Dedicated and reliable Care Assistants are required at Watford House, New Mills.

Days/Nights and Bank opportunities are available for the right person. No experience is necessary but a genuinely caring attitude and an honest, trustworthy nature is a must. We look after elderly residents with multiple needs including Dementia, Elderly mental health problems, Physical disabilities and communication difficulties who are unable to live in their own homes and require care and assistance 24/7. 

The successful person will receive a full induction and introduction to the care sector and will be encouraged to complete nationally recognised qualifications (NVQ) in Health and social care. The company will invest in your career and your future at Watford House and there will be opportunity to progress into higher roles.
