Maintenance Person / Manager

We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable maintenance person to work in our thriving care home.

A suitable candidate must be able to test fire systems, PAT test, maintain the building, have their own small tools, coordinate larger projects or faults with the senior management and skilled visiting trades & service engineers, assist with basic IT issues, monitor company vehicle safety & maintenance schedules.

Accurately maintain & monitor legally required service and maintenance check records and H&S compliance.
