Sainthill House is a beautiful residential Care Home in Exeter. Located on Cowick Lane, we are walking distance from Alphington, St Thomas, and parts of Exwick, and easily accessible by public transport from other parts of the city.

If that sounds like the environment you want to work in then read on. We are recruiting for Care Assistants to work day shifts and can offer contracts for 24,36 or 48 hours per week.

If successful, you will provide support with -

• Personal hygiene and care including daily washing and bathing
• Manual Handling, supporting residents with movement and mobilisation
• Helping at mealtimes to ensure everyone has a great dining experience
• Ensuring residents are involved in activities and social events
• Meeting family and friends, understanding their family’s need and wishes
• Providing person centred care to the highest possible standard
• Promoting independence, ensuring all residents are treated with dignity and respect

We need Care Assistants who are compassionate, friendly, and keen to help and care for our residents. Experience or qualifications in care would be beneficial but are not essential as we provide full training, mentoring and development opportunities as part of the support we offer all our team members.
