Staff Nurse
Your role:
As one of our Staff Nurses, you will help to deliver the best nursing
care to the residents within our home. Working alongside the manager
and care assistants, you will create a safe and supportive environment
for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, whilst also
relying on your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent nursing care and support to our residents
- Overseeing medicine management and ensuring the safe
administration of medication in accordance with NMC Standards
- Creating and carrying out treatment plans
- Offering a safe, caring and stable environment to the people we support
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
- Support, guide, teach and mentor other members of your team
- Working individually and in partnership with the Manager to ensure
the smooth running of the home
About You:
To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a
current registration with the NMC and have a relevant
Nursing qualification. With a compassionate and caring attitude, you
will have adequate knowledge, experience and a clear understanding of
the nursing role and its professional boundaries. We will provide you
