To manage 30 bed care home registered for the Elderly inc Dementia,
an excellent opportunity for a deputy manager to progress
further
- Develop and implement care plans for residents in a
home care setting
- Supervise and manage a team of caregivers
and nursing staff
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure
high-quality care for seniors
- Administer medications and
monitor their effectiveness
- Coordinate with healthcare
professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents

Maintain accurate records of residents' health and progress

Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing,
and meal preparation
- Create a safe and comfortable environment
for residents
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate
medical attention if needed
```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in deputy
or senior role or a related field
Level 4/5 in health and social care qualification currently in
progress or completed
- Strong knowledge of care plans, nursing
home procedures, and assisted living regulations
- Experience in
supervising and managing a team of caregivers or nursing staff

Proficiency in dementia care and understanding the unique needs of
individuals with memory loss
- Familiarity with medication
administration and the ability to monitor its effectiveness

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a
team
- Knowledge of home care practices and the ability to adapt
to different environments
