Care Assistant (Days)

Solent Cliffs Nursing home are currently looking for Care Assistants that go the extra mile. We are a 39 bedded Nursing Dementia home who's primary focus is delivering person centred care. Caring for individuals with a palliative diagnosis and multiple health conditions we are looking for an individual with the following qualities.

We are offering a full time position within Solent Cliffs consisting of 36 hours a week, alternative weekends. You will be encouraged to under take further training to progress your career within Health and Social Care. You will need to have an understanding of dementia and nursing care, you should be pro active in your own learning needs to achieve your career goals.
