TLC family as a Resident Wellbeing Project Manager.
You will have responsibility for leading a team to plan, design,
organise and deliver engaging activities and lifestyle opportunities
that are person centred and enable our residents’ wishes to come true.
You will create a stimulating environment that promote lifestyle
choices, happiness, development and fun whilst leading our team in
accordance with our TLC values.
We are looking for an outgoing individual who strives to make a

team approach, working in partnership with team members, residents and relatives.
The Resident Wellbeing Project Manager will be required to:
- Set up a process for the assessment of leisure, social and
emotional needs
- Set up internal and external framework for leisure, social and
emotional needs provision
- Set up process for making leisure, social and emotional needs
accessible to elderly, regardless degree of physical or cognitive frailty
- Design programme for elderly to prevent isolation and illbeing,
regardless the level of frailty.
- Lead, teach and coach teams of Activities and Wellbeing leads and
facilitators to develop care planning competencies to meet elderly
leisure, social and emotional needs, goals and aspirations at
individual level and group level
- Lead, teach and coach teams of Activities and Wellbeing leads and
facilitators to develop co-production competencies in personalising
and empowering elderly to arrange their environment, access
technologies and create lifestyle routines to support their
individual leisure, social and emotional needs
- Writing up an induction as well as the development teaching module
for Activities and Wellbeing leads and facilitators to support the above.

Requirements:
- Occupational Therapy and/or Learning disability professional
- Able to travel (Surrey- Cambridgeshire)
- Excellent verbal, written and IT skills to communicate, present,
mentor and coach, make information accessible
- Positive, resourceful, people centric individual with ability to
share, communicate and drive vision and project goals.
