Senior care assistant wanted to join your friendly team.

• As a senior carer you will support the management of the home, including taking temporary charge during their absence.
• You will recognise that this employment involves essential team work, and to be prepared, with willing sense of humour, to be a full member of the team.
• You will adhere to all policies, standards and practices of the home.
• You will assist residents with their personal needs in accordance with the individual care plan.

• You will Administer medication and complete medication records.
• You will participate in staff meetings, staff training and development activities.
• You will update residents care plans on the homes electronic system.
