Job Summary
Date posted: 26 February 2025We are looking for dynamic and talented individuals to join our team working in the PE4 5AN area.
You must have empathy and a caring attitude towards supporting adults with additional support needs (learning disabilities, Autism, Mental health, Challenging behaviour) in a residential setting.
You will be working in our award winning home, as part of a team and indivially to achieve positive outcomes for adults in the home. Tasks include
- Personal care
- Dressing
- Feeding
- Medication administration
- Money handling
- Cooking & Baking
- Laundry
- Cleaning
- Record Keeping
- Commuinty based activies
- And Many other activites
We can be flexible in our approach to shifts/times/lengths depending on the needs of the home, these may include mornings, afternoons, evening, weekends, waking nights and sleep-in duties. Meals provided when working. Full hours paid (including breaks), enhanced hourly rates on Bank Holidays, Guaranteed hours.
Full induction, on going support and training from Manager/seniors and staff team
Skills / Qualifications:
- Ideally applicants should have a Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care
- Have a kind and caring nature
- Have experience of supporting adults with additional needs.
