We are looking for a weekend cook who can join our friendly team,
Working hours are Saturday and Sunday 7-2pm however there will be possibly other shifts such as Holiday cover or Bank holidays
Cleaning, The kitchen must be cleaned on a regular basis and ensure that the Prep area is cleaned and sanitised at the end of every shift
Food safety, Ensuring food hygiene and Health and Safety policies are followed
Team Work, Collaborating with other cooks and the head chef
Ordering, this is usually completed by our Head Chef however if there is anything you require the Chef will order it for you
Monitoring, Rotate & monitor stock Levels and Liaise with the Head Chef or Manager to replenish stock and record temperatures as required
