The chance for an experienced Care Co-ordinator/Care Team Leader to support a dedicated team throughout the days at our Wellington, Somerset care home, Oaktree Court

With the support of your Majesticare team, you’ll work closely with residents, families, friends & carers to provide strong & safe, physical & emotional, person-centred care.

Ensuring a caring, safe & welcoming environment with a consistently high standard of personal nursing care is of the utmost importance to you.

Combining your supervisory experience with a natural kindness, you'll know just how to manage your teams to motivate and inspire them to be their very best at work.

Your dedication to always delivering outstanding care is reflected in your past experience in care planning and risk assessments.

A sound understanding of NMC medication guidelines, complete with a strong knowledge in the theory and practice of medication management is a must.

You'll already have or be working towards your NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

Being highly organised, you'll always be someone who sees even the smallest of details.
