About The Role:

Night Care Team Leader - Full Time
Pay rate up to £15.35 per hour + paid breaks.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Care Team Leader to join the team at Elizabeth House, our specialist residential and dementia care home, which overlooks the picturesque Canford Heath Nature Reserve in Poole, Dorset.

What you will be doing:

  • Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
  • Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift
  • Administration of medication to residents
  • Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families
  • Ensuring resident care is delivered to the highest standard

We want someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents – you’ll also need to be able to inspire and nurture your team to be at their best every day.
You’ll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or working toward).
Full training will be provided for medication administration as part of your ongoing support here at Care South.
