Care Home Shift Supervisor

We are inviting applications from care assistants with experience in leading teams or shifts in care homes for the elderly or in hospitals. The successful candidate will lead shifts of 5 or 6 carers. You may also be assigned specific quality improvement projects within the home.

We are only looking for diligent and committed staff who are genuinely interested in elderly care and willing to work alternate weekends.

We offer a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience starting at £9 per hour.
