Health Care Assistant - Nights

Meadow View Care Home is urgently recruiting for a Night Health Care Assistant. 

As a Carer, you will contribute to the efficient running of the service at Meadow View Care Home, ensuring Care Plans and other information about how to support Residents are followed appropriately. You will be responsible for informing the Senior Carer of any changes in the needs of Residents and be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the individuals that you will be supporting.
